We do not treat every lesson like generic homework help. The support changes depending on the subject, year group, assessment style and learning needs of the student.
English skills
Students work on reading closely, planning answers, using evidence, improving vocabulary and making their writing clearer. For GCSE and application work, we focus heavily on structure and analysis.
Maths understanding
We identify the point where the method stopped making sense, then rebuild from there with worked examples, independent practice and exam-style questions when appropriate.
